1. 1. Acceptance of Terms

   By registering for and using Gold Buy Sell (powered by Augmont Gold For All), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. 2. Eligibility

   Any resident Indian with a valid PAN/Form 60 and a bank account may purchase DigiGold. You must register with your mobile number and verify it via OTP, and complete KYC before buying.

3. 3. Product & Purity

   All gold and silver offered is 24K 999 Purity (99.9%). The metal you own is calculated by dividing the amount paid net of GST by the prevailing rate, rounded down to four decimal places.

4. 4. Pricing & Taxes

   Buy and sell prices are quoted on the basis of wholesale spot-market prices and are dynamic. Prices are exclusive of GST; applicable GST of 3% (CGST 1.5% + SGST 1.5%) is added on the buy value at checkout. A locked price (block id) is valid for 5 minutes.

5. 5. Buying

   On confirming a buy, the corresponding 24K 999 metal is credited to your account and a tax invoice is generated. Once an order is successfully placed it cannot be cancelled.

6. 6. Selling & 48-hour lock

   You may sell the gold/silver you bought from us at live market prices. For security reasons, metal cannot be sold until 48 hours after purchase. Sale proceeds are credited to your verified bank account, typically within 3 working days.

7. 7. Storage, Insurance & Trustee

   Your physical metal is stored securely in an insured vault and held under an independent trustee on your behalf, who acts to protect your interests.

8. 8. Redemption & Delivery

   You may request physical delivery of coins, bars or jewellery (gold from 0.1g, silver from 1g) against a nominal making and delivery fee. Delivery is typically completed within 10 working days. Every article is BIS-hallmarked.

9. 9. Gifting / Transfer

   You may transfer or gift metal to other users. Transfers are irreversible once completed.

10. 10. Withdrawals

    Sell proceeds may be withdrawn to your verified bank account subject to applicable processing timelines.

11. 11. Account Closure

    You may request account closure via customer support. Any gold/silver in your account must be sold back at market price before the account is closed.

12. 12. Limitation of Liability

    The risk of loss relating to delivered products is borne by us until the product is delivered to your shipping address. We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information you provide or events beyond our reasonable control.

13. 13. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
